Then the well-mixed materials are sent into the extrusion machine. In the extrusion machine, the materials are pushed forward by the rotation of the screw, and at the same time, they are gradually plasticized and melted under the action of heating. Finally, they are extruded through a mold with a specific shape, and after cooling and shaping, the PVC profiles are obtained.
